Ice Coast Revival is a ski resort tycoon game about reviving New England's real lost ski areas. Players acquire shuttered hills, rebuild lifts and trails, manage snow, staffing, and ticket prices, and grow a regional ski business.

The stylized low-poly world favors modest forested mountains, old lifts, warm lodge windows, working snowcats, and the stubborn hope of bringing a beloved local hill back to life.
